Is drone photo/video service an extra charge?
We include drone coverage into our pricing, so you will not pay extra for drone photos or video shots. However, we only fly if and when it is safe to do so, and in areas where FAA authorization can be granted.
What if you can't fly a drone in my area?
There are many areas in Hawaii where drone flight is not permitted. In these instances, we can make use of telescopic camera poles to achieve high-angle shots of properties that simulate low-angle drone shots. Additionally, we make use of AI satellite to photo technology to achieve high-altitude imagery that simulates drone photography.
How can I pay for services?
When your media is ready, we will send you an email with a link to your listing media portal. There, you will find a credit card payment form with your current balance.
Who owns the media, and what are the licensing terms?
All content created by Koa Real Estate Marketing is owned by us, and is licensed for use, not sold outright. You are granted usage rights specifically for marketing the project associated with the shoot. Reach out to us if you’re interested in other licensing options.
